Permissions error when trying to attach email to Account within Dynamics 365 Outlook plugin but no issues in web Dynamics

Hello everyone,

My Sales users are getting permissions error when trying to attach an email within Dynamics plugin for Outlook to an Account. Issue persits on multiple Accounts.

This issue does not happen on the our web Dynamics portal, our users can successfully attach email to Accounts within web Dynamics.

Users state that this function used to work within Outlook Dynamics in the past.

The users facing this issue have the following Roles assigned:
Dynamics 365 App for Outlook User
Sales Professional app access
Sales Professional Person

This issue does not happen for a manager who has the same Roles as above except swap Sales Professional Person with Sales Professional Manager, so he has:
Dynamics 365 App for Outlook User
Sales Professional app access
Sales Professional Manager

I am guessing it is just something I need to fix within Security > Roles for the Sales Professional Person role but I am not sure exactly what and do not want to mess up permissions that are not meant to be touched.

So if my analysis above is correct my questions would be:
1) Which permission is it allow users to attach emails to Accounts within Dynamics plugin for Outlook?
2) Not just this specific attach email function but how do I control other Dynamics for Outlook permissions?

Please correct me if I am wrong anywhere!

Appreciate any help. Thank you.

Thanks, looks like it's either the Activity or Data Import permissions as after modifying those to be one level higher to match the Manager permissions it works. I'll check to see which of the two it actually is once the user gets back to me.
