Hi:

I don't have all of the details. But, a customer implied that his company needs some sort of add-on for GP Receivables to accommodate additional foreign transactions and setups including better handling of customer e-mail addresses.

Again, I don't have all of the details. And, he is already utilizing Multicurrency Management.

Is there some sort of additional out of the box feature for GP that he simply needs to implement or does he need a third-party solution?

Hi John,

I unfortunately am not sure that I have enough details to be able able to answer this. I am not sure what they would need for better handling customer email addresses or how that would affect foreign transactions. Maybe you can gather some more specifics on what they need or what is missing from GP for them we can certainly look into it further.
