Spell Checker is not saving as is after altering the mistaken word. To explain in detail when you enter a wrong spell and click CTRL + R Click. It won't save a word as modified. PFA.

FYI. If you write a correct word and modify it to wrong and then alter to correct. It works. Please assist if have any info over this.

Hello,

I was able to replicate your problem in Chrome, although it didn't replicate all the time.

My advice would be to open a support request, so that this can be reported to the Dynamics 365 Product Group as a potential issue.
