Hi
Maybe someone has an idea about an error I get since 2 weeks during creation of a SEPA direct debit payment file
The generation shows following error (sorry the message is in german and I tried to translate)

sepa direct debit xsd-schema contains errors. Type 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/dynamics/2008/01sharedtypes:AxdEnum_BankAccountType' is not declared

before the 2 weeks it was possible to create the files.
Any suggestions where this could come from?

As I know there where developments done

Best regards
Chris

Hi there! Good morning, evening, or afternoon - depending on where you are :) Hope you are well today!

The error you're encountering—Type 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/dynamics/2008/01sharedtypes:AxdEnum_BankAccountType' is not declared—is likely related to recent changes in your environment, especially since you mentioned that developments were done recently. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    1. Verify Recent Developments
    • Check if any customizations or updates were made to the SEPA payment file generation process or the related XSD schema.
    • Ensure that the AxdEnum_BankAccountType type has not been removed, renamed, or altered in the schema.
    2. Validate the XSD Schema
    • Open the XSD schema file used for SEPA direct debit file generation.
    • Confirm that the AxdEnum_BankAccountType type is declared and correctly referenced.
    • If the type is missing, you may need to reintroduce it or correct the schema.
    3. Check for Missing Metadata
    • Ensure that the metadata cache is up-to-date. You can clear the metadata cache by restarting the AOS (Application Object Server) or using the ClearCache tool.
    • Verify that the BankAccountType enum is still present in the system and correctly mapped.
    4. Test with a Standard Configuration
    • Temporarily revert to a standard SEPA configuration to see if the issue persists. This can help identify whether the problem is caused by customizations.
    5. Review Method of Payment Setup
    • Go to Accounts Receivable > Payment Setup > Methods of Payment and review the SEPA Direct Debit method of payment.
    • Ensure that all required fields and mappings are correctly configured.
    6. Debug the Issue
    • Use the Event Viewer or Tracing in Dynamics 365 to capture detailed logs during the file generation process. This can provide more insights into the root cause.

@Holly Huffman sorry my fault...mistyping. there where NO developments done

the xsd schema did never change and NO it does not contain the AxdEnum_BankAccountType (but did not weeks before as well where everything worked)

I tried to debug but the only I could see is that the xmlSchema.compiled() returned false

just a short update and URGENT ASKING FOR HELP

I deactivated the port, added the missing things (which I still do not understand because it worked until 2 weeks ago)

after re-activating and try to create a payment file I get a real strange error:

I am really helpless and I has to work

    Any ideas?
