Hi....!!!!

To show posted voucher narration in general ledger entries page ( ID 20)

I added a narration field (data type - text) in G/l entry table and in field property

Field class : Flowfield

Calcformula : Lookup("Posted Narration".Narration WHERE (Entry No.=FIELD(Entry No.),Document Type=FIELD(Document Type),Document No.=FIELD(Document No.),Posting Date=FIELD(Posting Date)))

But it is showing only first line of the posted voucher narration

So please help me out.....

Thanks In advance

    Hi,

Actual relation between Posted Narration Voucher & G/L Entry table is Transaction No. field.

If you want Posted Narration Lines, then you need Entry No. filter as well...

Can you please attach the screen shot here, if you still face the issue?

    Hope this helps.

It will show same only. You can not bring multiple lines from Posted Voucher Table into single line at G/L Entries Page with field relation.

What you need here is, you need to have one variable defined as VoucherNarration (Free Text).. Run the Repeat Until Loop and concatenate the multiple Posted Voucher lines into this variable. You can call this function or code on Page OnAfterGetRecord trigger.

    Hope this helps.
