Filtering data based on Environment Variable

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

I have a FetchXML query in Power Automate Flow. The filter criteria includes Created On "Older than X Days" with a value of 7. We were informed this value might change based on the scenario. So, we had an idea of creating Environment Variable and modifying the value in there as per the requirements. However, I am not sure how to replace the value "7" with the Environment Variable value.

Any suggestion is very much appreciated.

Thank you

Harsha

a33ik  I magnified my issue in here. I simply added the environment variable in place of "7" and this worked. I was thinking in a more complicated way about the complications with the FetchXML query instead of simply updating it.

    Hello Harsha,

Can you please be more specific on what issue do you experience? Like - it's not clear on how to get the Environment Variable value or how to put the value retrieved into FetchXml?
