Hello everyone,
Incase I have a resource for which i need to split the working hours, how do i create the same on the system ( e.g Resource A : 10 am - 1 pm On site and 3 pm - 5 pm Virtual)
Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions

Basically when a student books an appointment, if the student selects the type of appointment as virtual then only the 3 to 5 pm schedule should show up for them to book

If the resource is a user. I think it would be handled through Work Hours.

Or could you describe specifically what you mean by “virtual” for further research

with the work hours, i can only allocate working hours and associate 1 type of appointment category
How about splitting the hours based on the category , let's say if a resource dedicate 10 - 12 pm to Task A & 2 to 4 om to Task B
This is something which requires an extension. I do not think it is possible out of the box.
Lets say, I am a student and I an trying to book an appointment through the portal. In crm, I have setup a resource A who can support Advising - In Person session & an advising session on Zoom
For resource A, i want to allocate working hours on the below format
Advising Zoom session working hours : 9am to 12 pm
Advising In person working hours : 1 pm to 5 pm
