This is my first post on this forum - I am so glad it exists. I also really need your expertise.
I have a project where I need to be able to receive calls, make calls, chat with customers AND send texts - whiteout using omnichannel. All functionality omnichannel has. Our tenant is unfortunately located in a country where omnichannel is not available and changing the tenant location is not an option. At the moment I have found a third party solution for receive calls, but I have no idea on how to make calls, implement customer chat and send texts.
Any Ideas? :)
On Google I found the Teams Dialer, which would be great. But the Dialer are apparently for the Sales-module. I'm running the Customer Service Enterprise License...
