Automatically Expand To Use Available Space Not Working in 365 on-prem

Posted on by 10

I have a custom entity and form where I have enabled a sub-grid. I want to expand the space as the number of records increases, so I checked ''Automatically expand to use available space'' box, and I  have published many times. but it's not working! nothing different then before. I consulted some experienced developer, they advise me to check that have another sub-grid  checked this box, But there is NO. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or have a solution?  Thanks

    Hi Kris,

I enabled ‘Editable Grid’ control in my test sub-grid, the final test results are not different from the previous one.

    Hi Leah Ju,

Thank you for answering my question.

In fact, your test is correct, but I forgot to introduce that my sub-grid add "Editable Grid" Control,

    Have you tried this?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Regards,

    Kris Cong

    Hi partner,

I find following Microsoft document for it.

Sub-Grid properties for main forms | Microsoft Docs

Through my test, the difference just show in the setting page.

However, it show same results in the form.
