We've been receiving the following alert in the application logs of the NAV server several times per day:
-----------------------------------
TIME OF EVENT: 1/10/2013 7:46:36 AM
EVENT LOG: Application
EVENT SOURCE: KPSVRW2K8NAV1-SQL
EVENT ID: 20010
SEVERITY: Warning
DESCRIPTION: The time is not valid.
Any idea what is going on? Even though it's just a warning and there are no user complains, how does this affect our NAV environment and what can be done to solve it?
Thanks!

Thank you Stefano !
There was a job where the "No. of Minutes between Runs" field is filled , but the"Ending Time" wasn't set up.
Thank you for your help!
Can you post how you have configured your task? Maybe there are some time settings not well configured here.
Foer example, when using the "No. of Minutes between Runs" field, you have to fill "Starting Time" and "Ending Time".
Hello,
I know that is a very old topic, but in 2018 my client still working on NAV 2009 SP1, and we have the same problem.
All the job Queues are correctly set up, and the NAS is started, but no job is processing, and when I launch The CU "Job queue Dispatcher" I got the error :"The time is not valid"
Please I need help.
Thank you.
If you are running Job QUEUE or LS Retail Job Scheduler, one of your jobs is not setup correctly and the time is blank.
Contact your partner to turn on the debugger and run NAS from NAV client and see where The debugger stops.
