I need to enable "Dynamics 365 Sales Application" but I don't see that anywhere in the list of Dynamics 365 apps. What am I missing?
I cannot see the sales Hub applications in the list of my apps.

I posted this answer in another question ;) So please track these steps
The first Step is to create a new environnement via (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/)
You must Create a new database for the environement (Please see this screen)
Click Next and configure the Url and the currency and the language of the environement,
Finaly, you must enable the Dynamics 365 Applications (See this Screen) and then click Save.
