While preparing a transaction on the cash receipt journal, the user is able to select various batch type, document type, and account type.
is there any way to set the batch, document and account type to be shown by user as automatic and block any other access?

NAV 4.3 and earlier, you can assign per User and Gen. Journal Batch as your requirement. From NAV 5.0, it is removed and you need customization here.

standard NAV allows access to all batches, account types, etc. in journals. You can do the development customization, but that will extremely narrow any flexibility to do adjustments, corrections and possibly have some issues with people on leave with journals needed to be posted by other users, etc.
If you don't want some certain users to post to customers / vendors / banks, it can be managed via permissions, by not allowing users to create related ledger entries. Or alternatively, have only a 'manager' with journal POST permission who can review the journal before posting. Meaning all other personnel can only create journals but not post them.
