I am trying to create a view that will show me a list of accounts and all the products each has purchased (order products). The view would be something like:

Company ABC - Order 1234 - Order Date - Item 1

Company ABC - Order 1234 - Order Date - Item 2

Company ABC - Order 9999 - Order Date - Item 1

Company XYZ - Order 9876 - Order Date - Item 1

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Dan,

So in Dynamics 365 Sales Professional, the "Order Line" is "Order Product" .

Just replace all "Order Line" with "Order Product" in my previous reply.

Sorry, I do not have an entity called "Order Line". I am using Dynamics 365 Sales Professional.

    Hi Dan,

We will create a view for Order Line.

Then add five columns. (If you do not use Write-In Product in your business environment, you do not need to add the Column 5.)

    Column 1. Potential Customer (Order)

    Column 2. Order (Order Line)

    Column 3. Create On (Order)

Column 4. Existing Product (Order Line)

Column 5. Write-In Product (Order Line)

Then add the Order Line to the site map. Users need to click the Order Line to see this view.

Such a view is sorted by Order column by default, so in order to sort by Account column, users need to manually click on the Potential Customer column to sort when they open the view.

In fact, the way to view all Accounts and their Oder and Order products is through reports rather than views. If you are comfortable with reports, I will provide you with the steps to create them.
