the create Prod orders from sales order page modifies the following tables :
-->Production Order
-->Product Document Dimension
-->Warehouse Request
-->Prod. Order Line
-->Prod. Order Routing Line
-->Prod. Order Component
-->Prod. Order Capacity Need
-->Reservation Entry
Is there a way to update all the tables using a specific web service or should I update each of the tables in a separated web service call

You Cant Publish Codeunit 99000792 directly and call the Function CreateProdOrder Straight Away as Sales Line comes as a Record Parameter for this Function.
You have to make a new Codeunit and copy the function CreateProdOrder inside this codeunit and you need to replace all Sales Lines fields with the Individual Params.

Actually, Production Order is being created from Codeunit - 99000792 (Create Prod. Order from Sale) > CreateProdOrder function.
You can publish this particular CU and try to call the CreateProdOrder function to create the Production Order.
