Hi,
in NAV Help I've read "You can filter the Outstanding Orders field so its contents are calculated only on the basis of certain Global Dimension 1 values, Global Dimension 2 values and/or dates."
Where can I add these filters?

Amy, you need to apply your filters on the page Manually using filters pane, Ctrl+Shift+F3 but remember those filters will affect other fields on the page not just Outstanding Orders.
Hi Amy, In which form/page are you seeing this field? However in classic you may filter using Ctrl+F7 and in RTC you may use "+ Add Filter" located under "Limit Totals to" on a list page.
As this is flowfield Then check
If you are using classic version then check flowfilters
If you are using higher version then check Limit Totals to
