When running the consistency check, the job ends when it reaches the infolog max of 10000 messages, is there a way to get around this?

If you can, simply run less consistency checks in one go. If it's not a solution for you, try to change the value of MaxErrors macro in viewBuild() method of Info class.
Thanks for your response, we had tried reducing the consistency check to indiviual modules, but some still exceed the 10000 messages limit, we will change the value in the class.
