Hi

I'm working with Power Platform and I'm also using Dynamics 365 Customer Service and have installed Sales Insight App.

I have a solution with 4 cloud flows and two tables as reference: Account and Case. When do an export of this solution from the Sandbox environment and try to move it in another Sandbox environment with same Dynamics app installed I receive this error of missing dependencies:

Sales accelleration insights

I see that the source Sandbox environment have the table Sales acceleration Insights that doesn't exists on target environment. I've tried to configure Sales Insight on target environment as in the figure:

Sales Insight configuration

I notice that the only difference between the environment is that on source i've Sales Insights (in Default form) for all record type. On target, for record type Opportunities and Contacts isn't there in dropdown menu.

I don't know how to install & active msdyn_acceleratedsales. Can you help me?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

I have faced this problem before, and it's a known issue, you will need to ask Microsoft to install the missing dependencies by opening a support ticket.

RE: Problems on import solution - missing dependencies

    Hey everyone,

I have the fix for this issue:

    1. In the Power Platform Admin Center, select your Environment and open it.
    2. In the Left Nav pane, expand Resources --> Dynamics 365 Apps
    3. In the Search Bar, type in "Sales" it will return Dynamics Sales Embedded Package. (You can also scroll the list of apps to find it, but searching is faster
    4. Click the Elipses and select "Install"
    5. For some reason, it makes you select the Environment (again) that you want to install to.
    6. Check the Checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service
    7. Click the Install button
    8. Wait 5-10 minutes.
    9. Try your import again
