Real Time Service error in Inventory Lookup for AX 2012 R3 Cu8 in POS

HI All members,

I am also facing same issue in Ax 2012 R3 Cu8,  in Inventory lookup and customer Search issue error in POS.

I am getting Below error in Live Environment. My Real time service and web site is working fine. I already Installed my certificate in Trust Root Certificate authority. I am ready to share my screen and any member is going to see issue I will share my System in Any desk or TeamViewer. As its Very urgent for GO Live project running.

I am getting below error in Inventory lookup:  I also assigned users to Business Connector Specific ROLE but same error is coming.

    Is this occurs for only Inventory lookup?,

    All your stores are within the Domain or Outside the domain?.

    can you post Real time Service Profile Screen?.

    have you add real time service account to AX as User?

    HI Amit,

    Above issue is not only for Inventory lookup even New customer also cannot add in POS .

    Inventory lookup is mandatory for selling In items and other thing POS is in same domain.

    Another 1 thing how do I stop NEGATIVE Qty issue from POS.

    Real time service inventory lookup is required. Complete RTS is not working in POS. Website and certificate are correct. Profile is correct.

    Please help me. I am ready to share my screen .

    Hi Sachin,

    Have you imported SSL certificate in computer and user as well?

    We have faced this issue a while ago and it was related to Certificate.

    We imported in trusted root using computer but it was not accepting. So, we did import it with user as well.

    Also make sure Certificate is OK by browsing RTS URL.

    HI Hassan,

    I am facing Real time Service issue and I did all possible suggestion given by Members and all blogs suggestion but issue is not resolved.

    Can you please suggest where I am missing any thing in Setup, Configuration of real time service. As its Live System so its very Urgent.

    Hi Sachin,

    A. Double Check: "Issued By" in IIS > Server Certificates.

    B. The realtimeservice certificate is a self sign certificate?

    C. RealTime - Service User is parameterized with a user, with administrator profile in AX?

    D. Check RealTime - Service Profile form > Change protocol type, https to net.tcp. (or vice versa)

    Hi Rodolfo, 

    Thanks for reply to me for inventory lookup issue in Real time service. 

    What the suggestions you have given I already checked and applied many times but I am getting same error in Inventory lookup and Customer account creation. "Security Token Message error".

    If you have some time so i can share my screen and can you please Look in my system. As its live environment and users want Inventory lookup and Customer credit functionality must be in Retail. I was stuck and i tried all possible solutions. 

    Any one in Group can help me I am ready to share my screen. Its very urgent.

    Check if the timezone is different, or check if the time machines  has some time difference over 5 minutes!

    Hi Sachin,

    Did you find out the cause behind this issue and is it resolved?

    If not, try to check the password you have provided for the RTS configuration in AX. It could be because of a mismatch in what you have provided in AX to what u have on CDX. Security Authentication/token is a combination of username and password.

    Also try to see the event viewer on CDX server where RTS is running in combination with event on POS where you faced this issue.  

    Revert in case you need further assistance in this regard.
