D365 MPOS 8.1 Offline mode is not configure

Dear All,
I hope you all are fine.
I need to get help in MPOS configuration. After successfully installation MPOS (Offline Setup) it show error "MPOS is not configure"

when i turned it to offline mode show message  "You cannot switch to offline mode" i applied Full sync job and it is in applied state.

please suggest me what steps should be taken for turned MPOS to offline Mode.

    Did you turn the switch "Support offline" to YES on your Register in AX?

    We are also facing same issue that we can not turn device to offline mode and we did turned Support offline to Yes for that register and ran all jobs , any hints please?

    - Try logging out of mPOS

    - restart the terminal

    - log back again in mpos.  

    - click on DB connection status button

    - click Work Offline

    it worked for me.
