How do I find the table and column change in GP 2015 and GP 2016?

Vote for my request at experience.dynamics.com/ideas click on Dynamics GP on the right, find "Update Dynamics GP SDK" and add your vote.
Microsoft has not provided updates to the SDK over several releases and it is hindering upgrades of customizations and implementations, as well as new work.
