How to change default form inside Workflow Create record step

When I want to create a new record inside workflow step, for example new Contact record, one form is fixed so also all mandatory fields on that specific form need to be populated inside this create step in order to be able to save that new step.

Is there a way to change the form that is shown on create record step for a specific entity inside workflow?

On some other form I do not have all the fields required, but on this particular these fields are required, so I would like to switch form if it is possible.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi mrsmith,

You don’t need change default form in create record step of the workflow.

In fact, all fields of the entity have been shown in one page, you can fill anyone though they are not at the same form.

    Just as following screenshot:

In the first half of the page, it shows the complete framework of the 'contact' main form:

Other forms’ fields and fields that not added to any form are stored in the ‘Additional Fields’ section together.

    Hi Leah,

after researching in more detail I found that within the record creation step it is not possible to leave required fields empty or to change presented form. Create record requires all mandatory fields to be populated, also Additional fields needs to be populated if they are marked as mandatory.

    Hi mrsmith,
Yes, all required fields must be filled wherever this field is on a form and whichever way you create your records.
As I said above, in record creation step of the workflow, all fields of the entity is list in that page without changing form.
And if the problem been solved?
