Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

There is no My Apps button

We just upgraded from 2011 to 365 on-premise v8.2.2.1. I am trying to look into the My Apps feature but couldn't find it. Under Settings, I have Application, Interactive Service Hub, nothing else. Any help?

    Please have a look below thread -

    You need to login XRMToolbox , and open sitemap editor . Download the sitemap xml.  Keep one backup .  Add the XML tag mentioned in the above thread and update sitemap xml.

    I checked sitemap.xml and the line is there:

    If I try to open the page https://.../tools/AppModuleContainer/applandingtilepage.aspx I am redirected to the main CRM page. Feel like it is a security thing but I am system adm and customizer. Any other settings I can check?
