I want to setup Microsoft Dynamic NAV 2013 R2 with Cronus database how can i do to download the package and setup?

You would need to login to Microsoft site to download the same.
For the same, you should have CustomerSource or PartnerSource Login ID?
Have you received such credentials from your current partner?
Have you managed to log in to the source that Suarav mentioned? If so, scroll down the page till you find the download link (e.g., for W1 version):
