Has anyone had this issue?

It only occurs on certain AP Tran QQ.

    I've seen this before in 2 scenarios.  One, the person is not an admin and gets this message,  but sysadmin can run w/o error... this is a bug in 2015.  The other issue is that the quick query is pulling so much information at once that the exe times out.

    You can fix this by modifying Solomon.ini to include this section:

    [QuickQuery]

    Paging=Yes

    MaxSQLRows=2000
