Dear experts,

I am trying to create Business Central trial on https://bussinescentryl.dynamics.com.

I am a global administrator, but I am getting the following error:

what am I doing wrong :(? Please help

did you try to use another email address? it should be a business email address, not a free email like gmail etc.

Did you already subscribe Business Central with same email address or tenant?

If you are a partner, then you can utilize CDX for demo environment?

Hi, what the email address did you use to register? Business Central requires that you use a work, or school, email address to sign up. Business Central does not support email addresses provided by consumer email services or telecommunication providers. This includes outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com, and others.

Thank you Judy,

I registered with my business address, but could not open BC trial since there is no trial for my country. Therefore, I made external tenant, I added new user as global admin to that tenant and with that user I tried to make BC trial - unfortunately with these errors :(

Hi NK-21050931-0,

Thanks for your response. If you are partner, you can work with a CSP, and have the CSP create a trial for you which will create your environment.
