D365 FO Data Management - Import Customers and Vendors
For the migration of the customers / vendors, we have customized the standard entities (CustCustomerEntity and VendVendorEntity) and the staging tables. The customer has generated the files for the import.

Now we have installed the update 8 and found that the above mantioned entities are "Obsolete" and MS has created the two new ones. CustCustomerV2Entity and VendVendorV2Entity. The staging tables are also called differently. The old entities are still available, but they can not be selected for the import. Should we have to customize these two new entities too and ask the customer again, if he could create the new files (the structure has also changed)?
And what about if in a few weeks the version V3 comes?

Hi Sukrut,

Can you suggest which entity to use for importing Vendor Addresses? is it VendVendorPostalAddressEntity?
