I am trying to find a way to get the info of the multilevel pegging. I need to link the BOM line back to the Sales Order line. Thanks.

I suggest starting your analysis with the class behind the Multilevel pegging form, (ReqMultiLevelPegging).
Or run a trace while opening the form to understand what code is involved and from where the data is retrieved.
