Do we have any method for migrating Routing Rule Sets to another instance other than solution deployments in Customer Service Module ?
Hi,
Deploying routing rule set through solution is most preferred and recommended way.
Have you tried exporting the Routing Rule Set from advanced find and import it into your target instance?
Try configuration migration tool to migrate Routing rule sets.
Configuration migration tool can found in SDK.
You can write your own console application to migrate to target instance using c# code
