Hello,
I have an issue regarding my emails in Customer Insight.
1. I add my "company address" through Compliance Profiles,
2. I link my email with the compliance profile and i can see on the right tab that my address is correctly sync.
3. When i use "test email" in order to validate my email : i can't see the company adress in the footer
However everything is correct through the final journey.
In my company the email validation is very important step, and if the company address does not appear it's not good.
Do you already had this kind of question ? Did you find any solution ?
