I have a user that accidentally clicked on the "BLOCK" checkbox of the Item Card. Is there an easy way to undo this?

    OK, this means you have customization on Item Card (30) and Item List (31) forms.

    Only you can do is open Item (27) table through Object Designer and you will be able to change this field on any Item entry.

    If you have problem with your license, you have to ask your partner to do it. Or you can ask him to make another form without predefined filter.

    In Item Card...

    if I showall (Shift+Ctrl+F7), nothing changes. I cannot see Blocked items.

    if I type in the Item No. of what is blocked, I get a pop-up "That Item already exists" OK. But the record doesn't load into Item Card. Therefore I cannot uncheck "BLOCK".

    If I open Item List (F5), only unblocked item are in the grid. The list doesn't change if I Showall (Shift+Ctrl+F7).

    I can still open the Item in BOM Reports>Costed Bill of Materials. I know the items are not deleted. But I cannot edit the contents and I cannot uncheck "BLOCK".

    There are two options:

    -Maybe you have filter on unchecked 'Blocked' field on Item Card (you need to press 'Show All'); everytime when you block some item, it become "invisible".

    -Other solution is that you have customization on Item Card and Item List that they present only unblocked items.

    May be your List/Card is showing only Items which are Unblocked.

    Not sure if there is any list/card with blocked items, if available then you can Uncheck the field.

    if not, contact your partner to do it from backend/tables..

    I wasn't aware of any customizations added to this.

    They said they were on record X.

    They hit "BLOCK" checkbox by accident.

    Navision autmatically moved on to the next alpha-numeric record. There is no opportunity to uncheck it.

    I tested it on an unused item and I cannot get to a point where, once checked, I can get that record in to the Item Card screen. So, I see no way to ucheck the checkbox.

    It sounds like I have to look at a customization already on this screen before I was hired, if I understand you correctly.

    If I understand you:

    -You blocked Item ('Blocked' field) on Item Card;

    -You gone to another Item Card;

    -You want to came back to blocked item and 'unblock' it.

    If I described your scenario, you can unblock this field. Have you some customization on Item Card related with this field and what version you use?

    I can post picture with this changing to be sure. If your scenario is not as I described, please put us more details.

    It would seem that easy, but that item card moved on to the next item record. I cannot pull up the item they checked "BLOCK" in the item card screen.
