Matching Rule in Advance Bank Reconciliation

Hello Friends

I have created matching rule for advance bank reconciliation for one of our bank account which is working fine. When we run the same matching rule for another bank account it does not work. My matching rule snap is as follows.

When I run the matching rule it does not reconcile the transaction In below worksheet document number is matching with payment reference

Hi,

Can you manually reconcile the transaction?
If so, try activating "Match payment reference" and attempt the process again.
P.S. Please test with a different value for the document number or payment reference to ensure there aren’t any unknown characters preventing the matching rule from functioning correctly.
