Getting Started with Guides App for Desktop

I'm new to Dynamics 365 Guides and am trying to get this setup for a few users in my organization.  I followed the documentation and did the following:

  - Licensed the user with Dynamics 365 Guides

  - Created an Environment in Power Platform.  I created a new Production environment separate from our "Default" environment.

  - Installed the Dynamics 365 Guides app in the new environment

  - Added the user to the new environment and granted them the various Dynamics 365 Guides security roles.

When we go the Environment URL (xxxx.crm.dynamics.com), we are able to create a Guide.  The issue I'm having is with the Dynamics 365 Guides Desktop App.  When we launch the app and try to sign in, we get an error stating "You need to sign up for Guides".  Obviously, the user already has Guides and can actually access it via the web URL.  Is the app trying to access Guides from the Default Enterprise in Power Platform and not the specific one we created for this setup?  What could I be missing here?

    Guides should provide you with a list of available environments and ask you choose which one to use when you first sign into the Desktop Application, so it shouldn't be defaulting to the wrong environment.

    You said you have set up the appropriate Security Roles, which roles did you assign this user?

    Is your user able to access the Guides Hololens application using the credentials you setup for them?

    I assigned the following security roles to the user:

    • Dynamics 365 Guides App Access
    • Dynamics 365 Guides Author
    • Dynamics 365 Guides Operator
    • Basic User

    The Hololens device is able to access guides and see them, however, when they try to open them, they get the message "guide cannot be opened.  data in the guide may be corrupted.  please talk to your admin".  

    Also, when I run the diagnostics for the user within the Power Platform environment I set up, I get the following:
