How can we edit the sales quotation templates that already exists in ax 2012 R3

Hello AX Users,

There are few Sales Quotation templates which are already in the share point site and these templates are to updated with the new Freight charges. These Templates are in the word document and the charges should be effective from December 1st. Can anyone please suggest me how to go about this??

I have tried duplicating the existing templates in the share point site and making new changes but doesn't seem to work.
