Connectivity issues between SSDT and Report authoring Extension for Dynamics 365 Online

I am trying to connect SSDT 2015 and Report authoring extension version 8.2, But it is giving me the error below:

I have looked over the resources which say use Fiddler to change it to TLS 1.2, even after doing that It is giving the same error. Please Advise what I am doing wrong.

Note: I tried installing Report authoring extension Version 9 too with VS 2017 but RAE v9 doesn't install.

Note: Is there any issue with the connection string?
