Real-time marketing contact fields blocked on the Segment designer

Hi,
 
I try to create segment in Real-time marketing tool.
I am system administration but even my role I cant use security fields in segments.
I have add also myself to Field security profile (have all access these fields) , but it didn't change situation.
 
How I can activate these fields to my segment?

    Same situation as you.
    In fact, I added not only the admin user, but also the Marketing-related service users, but none of them work!
    So I suggest you follow the steps below to create a ticket for the Microsoft Support team for further assistance.

    If you are in a hurry to use the column , perhaps consider removing the column security property.
