msfp_surveyresponseurl link when opened is not showing all responses but shows within Customer Voice UI

Hi,

We are using automated flows to capture the Response URLs into SharePoint lists on submissions to keep a record and easy access.
Today, we noticed that the response URL when opened in the browser is not showing all the responses, and the same response within the Customer Voice UI has all responses visible.
Particularly some free text responses and Date input questions are not showing up in the URL method.
