Adding Flow to Power Portal List Custom Button

Hey, I'm encountering some difficulties in adding flow to my custom power portal button in a list. I still got link instead of list and instead of download, I would like to add the position to the look up field in my entity called Applicant. Here is my custom javascript that made the link appears. however, i have no idea on how to trigger a flow by clicking those link.
