Retail Online StoreFront not working using Public URL

I want to publish online store so external computers can access it from internet (outside). I already configure it in VM Azure. I already verify it in that VM (I follow steps in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj991927.aspx#BKMK_ROSVerify) and success

But when I try access that online store from other computers (not from VM Azure), I still get "page not found"

When I try access from VM Azure using this address http://ax2012r2a:40002/sites/RetailPublishingPortal that's working success, but

When I try access using this https://ax2012r3demo.cloudapp.net:40002/sites/RetailPublishingPortal from internet (not from Azure) that's not working

Kindly need your help for this
