Hi is there a way we can renew bc licenses ourselves without going through a vendor? Our current vendor is a rogue vendor who did not finish up our project despite full payments and contract. We are going through some legal processes with them. I Whatapp them to check on what license types we have and why did they assign one of our licenses to their own employees instead of our staff ( as such we could not use one of the license for 2022). There was no response and we do not know how to go about this. We are 2 days away from license expiry dates and are looking for other vendors to assist us. However this is the Lunar New Year period and many would not be back till after our expiry dates. What else can we do? Thank you very much in advance.
May we know how to report to Microsoft with regard to rogue vendors? The vendor we had did not finish up the project even though we paid in full. They were extremely unprofessional. E.g. one of their consultant who was giving us training online was watching porn. All the trainees ( all girls) can see the contents when he switched to share his screen. His immediate supervisor emailed us that we were making a mountain out of a molehill and told us to be mature about it when we brought this up. Some issues such as incorrect GST reflected, problematic buffer sheet created by them which could not upload correct quantities, incorrect alignment on forms they created, purchases received into inventory but we are unable to be picked, no telephone or person reflected on the forms they created even though all info were keyed and many more that they promised to solve "by today" since last year were outstanding till today. They kept us telling us to sign them out of the system like it would absolved them of any responsibilities. They also assign 1 of our licenses to their own staff as such we were unable to use it for our own staff throughout 2022. When we asked why didn't they reassign to our staff. The boss simply accused us of assigning the license to their staff ourselves. We don't even know how to do that! May we know if there is anyway to find out who assign the license to their staff, whether there is a trail etc?
