I have a scenario where certain products removed/excluded from assortments from July 1st 2018 to stop POS sale. Now we have customers returning these products (that are excluded from sale). I know that "Return transaction" function works in this case but "return product" doesn't work.
In practical we can't expect a customer to bring the receipt (as per legal requirements in specific countries returns, refunds will be made without receipts)/remember the purchase date & store details (To use search function)
Do we have any other setup/function to handle this scenario so that customer can return the goods without a receipt( In fact without "return transaction" function)
