Hi All,

I need help on SalesLine.salesPrice . on Ax2012 r3 .

Here is my requirement . I have a new field in SalesLine and I need to get the value from PriceDiscTable.new field at the time of salesOrder Lines creation Process .

Like how salesLine.SalesPrice is coming from Trade Agreements same record value i need to assign to my new one .

I would like to know where standard code is assigning the value in X++.

I found the class PriceDisc_price ...But I can 't able to find exact place to write my code .

Please any one can help on this .

    Hi BanuReddy,

    You have to add logic to some existing methods and create some new. Have a look at the class PriceDisc, method findItemPriceAgreement. If you start from this method and follow the flow, you might be able to implement your new field.

    this uses method(s) of a Map, with below path

    \Data Dictionary\Maps\SalesPurchLine\Methods\calcPrice2LineAmount

    if you want to force your logic you may be doing your modification in this Map, but if you don't have a corresponding field(newly added), in PurchLine, you can put your logic on SalesLine table by declaration of object of PriceList as below

    PriceDisc_Price             priceDisc_Price    = PriceDisc_Price::construct();
