    Hi Rahul,

prior to this event  , have you installed  any Update roll up for CRM

if yes  you could try below steps.

Uninstall Dynamics CRM and delete the Config database (keep a backup & retain your organization databases) you can then use Deployment Manager to import your organization databases again.

    Thank you !

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

Nope, we didn't install any roll up. The error comes all of sudden and restoring the config DB I kept this option at last after getting something related to root cause.

    Regards,

    Rahul

    Hi Rahul,

Check out this link. It might help: community.dynamics.com/.../error-resolution-crm-2013-sp1-ur1-organisation-website-down

    Summary :

    1. Go to SQL server —> Start –> all programs –> Microsoft SQL —> Configuration Tools —> SQL Server configuration Manager

    2. In this expand SQL Server Network Configuration —> Protocols for MSSQLSERVER(if yours in on instance select that )—> Selecet Named Pipes–> enable it.

    3. Restart sql service.

    4. Next, on CRM server enable NET>TCP port sharing service(If already enabled restart it).

    Hope it helps
