    Hello SaiTR14,

Calling any option as best practice will be difficult.

If you are looking for free option to migrate data to Dynamics 365, you can export data from source system and using the pre-defined data import templates (Excel) you can import data into Dynamics 365 Sales. As data import using Excel is Async process, it will take time based on data size.

Remember, to import data in Dynamics 365 Sales, the limitation is each data import file should be less than 8 MB.

The alternate way is to use any SSIS package (3rd party tools) as they use real time data import and import speed is much faster compare to import using Excel. The tools have some cost associated to it.

    Hi There,

To migrate data from Zoho CRM to Dynamics 365 Sales, start by exporting key data such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts and any custom fields in CSV or Excel formats.

Next, map these fields from Zoho to the appropriate fields in Dynamics 365. Since the data structures may differ, tools like Microsoft Excel or solutions such as KingswaySoft can help transform the data to fit Dynamics 365's schema.

Finally, use the Data Import Wizard or Power Automate to load the transformed data into Dynamics 365, maintaining relationships between records, like Accounts and Contacts, for seamless integration.

    Thanks
    Affan
