In my Navision 2016, when we post the warehouse shipment against the sales orders, we are getting the error messages in Sales Line table. Please help me to resolve it.

Is this a custom code? This OnModify trigger shows this error if it finds a record in the RecPPOLine table related to the Document No of your sales line. Please check this code.
