Customers from a merger that have extended warranties

My company merged with another company that offers warranties on their product.  The products they sell have a serial number associated with them.  Any suggestions on how to get the serial number information into GP (they were on AX) efficiently?

Thanks.

You need to populate the IV00200 table. This table has a small number of fields. You will also need to flag the item master(IV00101) to track by serial number. I believe SmartConnect from eOne allows you to import serial numbers.
