Unable to login to mobile warehouse system in AX 2012 R3

Hi All,

We are working on AX 2012 R3 and have installed mobile warehouse portal. When we click on log on to mobile device, we receive this error "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request. Please retry your request or contact your system administrator. " . We get  this error in event viewer:

Exception information:
Exception type: InvalidOperationException
Exception message: Sequence contains more than one element

We have installed the same setup on AX 2012 R3 CU8 and its working fine. Is there a dependency on CU8 version?

Has anyone encountered this error before?

    1.Add warehouse worker role to that user.

    2.Check the Port is open in firewall.

    I think this issue is related to communication

    Hi Meet,

    There are multiple causes for this error. Have a look at the blog from Ivan Kashperuk: community.dynamics.com/.../walkthrough-fixing-error-quot-incorrect-mobile-device-display-settings-quot-on-the-mobile-device-when-trying-to-sign-in

    This blog is providing the causes for most of the reasons.
