I have a problem with client that program AX crashes many times when use it. AX will close automatic.

I found error log as below on problem client.

Microsoft Dynamics AX business connector session 112 RPC exception 1726 in ping occured in session 112 process Ax32.exe thread 20232

This site use multiple AX user (1 AX user = 2-3 users)

Hi Tanyaboon,

Is only one client crashing or all clients? Can you trace it back to a single process? Have you looked at the event viewers on both the client and AOS for possible more information?

I found error log just on client but not in AOS server. There are many client crash like this.

For now, I advised client run AX by 1 user per client for testing.

Did the AOS crash or not? If it did, the error you see on client merely means that it can't connect to AOS.

By the way, which version of AX are you talking about? You selected "current version", but there is no ax32.exe in D365FO.

AX2012 R3 CU11

AOS not crash but users disconnected from AX many times per day and many users crash like this.

I will try to compile full.

We've got a very similar issue, the event log entry differ from your 'cause we don't ahve "in ping", we've got

Microsoft Dynamics AX Business Connector Session 326.
RPC exception 1726 occurred in session 326 process is Ax32.exe thread is 256(User: <username>, ClientType: Worker)

This is happening on the client machine 2/3 times per day per user, with AX client crashing. In the AOS server event viewer there aren't relevant entry for this.

Your help is very appreciated.
