Access to CRM is going to typically require a few things:
A CRM license of some sort assigned to your user
Access to the environment (this can be granted Org wide by default, or it may be restricted to a security group)
Your user being added to a security role in the environment
I this case, your user will need to be added to the Security Group that is being used to control access to the 'askhrcrm' environment. Your Power Platform Admin can see what Security Group this is by going to https://admin.powerplatform.com > Manage > Environments > Settings
