Dynamics Marketing Customer Journey Emails not sent

Hi:

There is a simple customer journey from a lead to opportunity and it sends out a marketing email once a form is submitted.

The Journey has expired and it was rebuilt again. Ever since then the Marketing email would not get sent.

The from address of the email is a email@domain.com and it has a file attachment.

Any help is appreciated!

    As customer journey can only process contacts and marketing emails does not support to be attached with files, I’d like to know what “customer journey from a lead to opportunity” means and how the file attached to the email.
