Unable to log any user into Attract module other than the user who deployed it

Hi,

I am trying to deploy the attract module of talent in an environment I have just deployed yesterday. I have loaded int he spreadsheets upto Personal contacts. When I try to get into the attract module I can but all the other users, despite being set as system administrators, cannot get into the attract module.

When they click on the attract module link in Core HR, they get a screen telling them "Please verify your licence"Image-capture.jpg

Also when I go into the admin centre in attract, and try to add the same members of team, I get this message.

Can anyone stear me to what bit of set up I might have missed?

    Hi Konica,

    Thank you for your response. It prompted me to check the licences which showed that the 2 users I was trying to add had not been assigned licences and 2 others, who are nothing to do with HR had been assigned them instead. All resolved now.

    Hi,

    Can you please check if all the users whom you are assigning roles have Talent license?

    Also after license assignment it takes sometime to reflect the changes. Once license changes are reflected, you should be add and assign roles to them in Attract via Admin center.
